MMA stands for Mixed Martial Art. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the world today. MMA is a combat sport which allows one to utilize a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, from several different martial arts.
The purpose of MMA is to increase our body strength. Many of our members arrive exhausted and stressful from work and study can benefit from this training.
MMA is a good way to lose weight depending on the intensity and duration of lesson (our class is normally an hour) which can result in burning up to 1,000 calories.
